CONTROL PANEL
1.Counter
This counter is preset for the quantityof one strip, when it connect to the power, it shows the number( yellow digits 45, this number is set for one strip quantity of small clip 45 pcs),if you want to change, watch the video supplied, when the machine is making,It will show the number (reddigits)of the clip being made in the upper row.
2.Production mode selector
left side: for single clip punching
When you first time insert the galvanized sheet and plastic thread into the mould,you must select left side,and made the clip one by one for 4-6 clips until the thread is connected into the clip .
Right side: continuously punching
When the clip is connected with the thread by the left side mode(single punch), then switch to right side selector for continuously punching the clips until the end of production.

Left side view
Put the power cable into the electric box from the bottom hole, open the box door by pressing the button and connect the lines.
There is a hose dripping the emulsified liquid( used for cooling down the mould parts) into the galvanized sheet surface while making clips.
The emulsified liquid is not supplied as parts, you will get yourself from the market,and fill into the plastic bottle in the back of the machine.
Inert the galvanized sheet and plastic thread from left side of the machine.

this liquid(not offered by the factory, you can buy from outside )used for cooling down the mould parts .

1.Large fly wheel (the rotation direction is counter clockwise as this arrow direction when normal production , if not ,pls exchange the line inlets 5 and 6 in the electric box.
2.Pneumatic switch( when first time the plastic thread are connected into the clips in the single punch mode, press this button( blue) to cut off the thread and press the counter set button(upper one),then the number counting from zero, when the number reach at the preset number, the machine will cut off the thread automatically, the one strip of clip is finished and the next strip will be made continually.
3.The extension plate( when the clips coming out of the mould , this plate supports the clips .
4.Machine oil tank( normally pull the lever of the tank to add the oil to lubricate the machine parts.)
