This machine(KY-CX001-U01) are designed to manufacture different kinds of fine wire staple by only changing moulds, suitable wire diameter: from 0.42 mm to 0.90 mm. The machine's working is starting from a wire-band on a spool feeding into the mold, then the wire band was cut into a staple needing shape, all productive process automatic controlled by PLC system, which is easy for operating. This machine includes mainly four parts: punch machine, forming mold, feeding machine, and semi-auto packing system. It has a simple structure and maneuverable and advantage of rapid speed, stable quality, convenient operation, and durable in use.
